Travis Scott x Nike Air Jordan 1
Rallied by many as “The Shoe Of The Year”, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Jordan 1 got sneakerheads around the world falling head over heels. This isn’t the first collaboration between Nike and renowned rapper Travis Scott, but it sure is the biggest one yet. Some of the key highlights include a reverse swoosh logo on the side and the signature Cactus Jack face on the heels.
The popularity of this sneaker is easily reflected in its price too, currently reselling above $2000 with prices still increasing.
Nike x Sacai LDV Waffle
Fusing 2 of the most iconic sneaker series, Nike took on a bold collaboration with luxury fashion brand Sacai. The result?
An absolutely stunning sneaker offering a variety of colorways for sneaker enthusiasts to choose from. The design of this sneaker easily gives away it’s hybrid fusion background, featuring a double swoosh logo, double upper overlay and even a double-layered midsole. This crazy design sure caused a mad hype among sneaker enthusiasts, with retail pairs sold out worldwide and resale prices soaring since it’s release.
If you’re looking to grab a pair for retail, stay sharp as we’re expecting more colorways to drop in September 2019.
Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Static Black Reflective
Yeezys has always been a key player in the sneaker game so it’s no wonder one of the colorways comes under the most popular sneakers in 2019. Sticking true to his promise of Yeezys for everyone, famous rapper and designer Kanye West sure made 2019 the year of Yeezys.
Despite multiple releases this year, the pair gaining the most attention is still the static black reflective colorway. With an all-round 3M upper and laces, this sneaker is literally flashy, both in looks and hype. Part of this crazy popularity can also be attributed to how it resembles one of the first few Yeezy editions to be released – the ‘Pirate Black’ colorway.
Limited to only 5000 pairs worldwide, it wasn’t surprising to see sneakerheads camping outside retail stores a few nights before, hoping to get a chance at copping this exclusive sneaker.
